What you will do

As a Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, managing and delivering Blu Skye consulting engagements with large corporations across a variety of industries.  You will have responsibility for developing and implementing innovative value-creation strategies working in partnership with business leaders, NGOs, government, thought leaders, and other stakeholders.  You will be expected to learn, and contribute to, our unique approach and tool kit.  You will become a trusted advisor for your clients and play an active role in business development and sales.  

Suitable candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier school and a strong record of professional success
• At least 3-5 years (post-MBA) consulting experience in a well known firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey…) and/or significant industry experience in related fields
• Excellent grasp of business strategy as well as organizational and leadership issues
• A clearly demonstrated potential to develop new client relationships and consulting services
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Strong character and a passion for self discovery and personal development
