Tripp works with senior leaders to create sources of sustainable value. He leverages tools from organizational design and strategy development to create conditions for leadership and innovation to emerge in companies and industries. Most recently Tripp was the project manager for a multi-stakeholder initiative for Dairy Management Inc. that aligned the dairy industry’s top 30 CEOs on a sustainability strategy to reduce carbon emissions by 25% by 2020. Other recent clients include S.C. Johnson, Westinghouse, Waste Management, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Prior to Blu Skye, Tripp worked for BRIDGE Housing Corporation. Tripp was also a founder of Emerging Green Builders, the young professionals network of the U.S. Green Building Council.

Tripp lives with his family in Oakland, CA and has a passion for cooking, meditation, and outdoor adventures.
