Nicky’s primary focus is on the firm’s priorities: making sure they are aligned with the firm’s overall strategy and are resourced to achieve the best results. This includes coordinating across client development, recruiting, staffing, and marketing.

Prior to Blu Skye, Nicky researched and developed corporate social responsibility initiatives for a large public company in the field of renewable energy, health and wellness, product development, and supply chain sustainability. She also spent some time in Southern Africa researching the social and political implications of environmental change.
