Prior to becoming the Director of Employee Development, Jenyng served as Director of Finance and Operations at Blu Skye building the internal foundations that support the business today. Before Blu Skye, Jenyng spent 15 years helping companies, non-profits and local communities understand and leverage diversity, intercultural and interpersonal relations to create the necessary building blocks for successful organizational development. Her passion lies in understanding people and their relationship to each other and knowing what structures are needed for fostering healthy, sustainable and successful organizations. In the past she has worked with US-China/Taiwan distribution and manufacturing companies and was an Emmy-nominated producer for the Public Broadcasting Station in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jenyng received her BA in Communications from Evangel University and holds a Masters in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco. She is also a certified Zumba instructor and lives with her family in beautiful Sonoma County.
