Champa specializes in business strategy and addressing system challenges working with multi-stakeholder groups using a unique, highly collaborative process. She is currently working with the US battery industry to design an industry-wide approach to launch a national program for battery collection and recycling. Champa is focused on helping organizations derive value and uncover innovations through a strategic approach to sustainability. She has also worked with retail and CPG clients.

Champa has over eight years of consulting experience providing expertise in areas such as strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, supply chain sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and program management, to address companies’ most critical issues and opportunities.

Prior to joining Blu Skye, Champa was a Manager at BearingPoint, where she worked with industry leaders from financial services, technology, healthcare, and the public sector. Champa has lived and worked in New Zealand, Thailand, South Asia and Chile. Previously she has also worked on sustainability initiatives with organizations such as, SAP, Nokia, Fundación Chile and Clorox. Her passion for social and environmental impact stem from childhood influences growing up in India and later on in New Zealand.
