Carrie plays a key role supporting Human Resources, Finance and Recruiting.

Carrie believes in the possibilities that are created when the right group of people take on the biggest and most pressing challenges at the opportune time. Her passion lies in supporting those emerging synergies at Blu Skye and finding the best methods to leverage her colleagues in tackling sustainability head on.

Prior to joining Blu Skye, Carrie worked in winery and vineyard production at a premium winery in the world-renowned Russian River Valley, Sonoma County.  She received her MBA with Chancellors List honors from The University of South Australia in Adelaide, South Australia. She also graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Chico with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business.

Carrie is an avid traveler, voracious reader and enjoys spending weekends with her family and working on their home in west Sonoma County.
